Did you hurt today?
Does the pain never go away?
Does it keep coming?
Though you buried it deep today
So many things you try...
To hold it down...
Yet out it cries
It cannot be silent

For days on end
The heart ,will never mend
Another day ...
In the dark abyss
It will come...

All this woe
