I am 17 years old, from the north of England and go by the pseudonym "Daegal", meaning 'dweller by the dark stream' in Anglo Saxon.

I have only been writing poetry for a short while (perhaps 4-5 months) and I am very keen. A lot of my work is inspired by the romantics and others such as Milton, Lovecraft, Dante, Ovid, Virgil and so on. I am extremely interested

in classical mythology, theology and philosophy and a lot of these 'characteristics' weave their way into my work.
